  Robert McKeeman is a small business entrepreneur who transitioned his focus from businesses in several different markets to Real Estate Investment from 2012-2017. While still holding interests in a few other companies the majority of his efforts go to finding equitable deals for both flips and holds. Since 2017 he has focused on real estate growth.

He has had his hands in every process of real estate investing. 

Acquisitions, has several years experience in canvassing neighborhoods that have a suitable market for specific investment strategies. Wholesaling, bringing buyers and sellers together with assignment contracts. Finding fair priced deals for distressed sellers who need to find cash or non-traditional buyers. Optioning, providing solutions for sellers and potential buyers by executing and managing lease options. Creating win/win situations for parties willing to consider non-traditional sales and lease agreements. Leasing, finding and qualifying tenants for short term, long term, and leases with options to buy. Handling repair requests, general maintenance, rent collections, evictions and turns.

Extensive construction background on the job site managing. He has spent countless hours with framers, plumbers, electricians, engineers, roofers (siding/windows/gutters), HVAC technicians, drywallers, painters and a few other trades.

Real Estate Agent, he has experience with sales contracts, lease options, lease agreements both commercial and residential. He knows how to work with wholesalers and network with investors while being able to navigate traditional to more complex and unique sales contracts. Has experience negotiating both sides of the table for both sales and leasing, and both commercial and residential.

He has had his hands in all aspects of small business.

From forming companies, selling companies, selling equity, acquisitioning and merging businesses all the way to cross branding, cross promoting and creating joint business ventures.

Hiring, training, developing and mentoring staff. Developing policies and procedures in real time for business needs as they adjust with growth. Teaching communication skills and constantly striving for efficiency through implementing and improving systems.

Values customer relationships and manages them with integrity through a policy of unapologetic honesty and constructive feedback. Not known for his bedside manner but quickly makes up for it in his transparency.
